Most people wont take the time to try to decipher the foreign languages and that is how it most likely ended up here and in a $2 bin. About a year ago now, I purchased a stack of Korean labels from an antique store. They did not know what they where so sold them to me for $10. They just wanted to get rid of them and free up space. Depending on the artist, if you can find the right buyer they can be worth something because of their rarity. That is if your looking to sell.
